Rooftop Garden Soil
We currently produce a new and innovative solution to rooftop gardening issues which require lower bulk density than regular soil products. Our Rootop Garden Soil provides a light weight growing medium that not only weighs substantially less than standard soils, also holds significant amounts of water. We are able to produce a variety of blends for individual job and specifications. All blends have a focuson on strong water holding capacity whilst maintaining drainage and light-weight characteristics.
These are ready to plant products with peats, organic fractions, distomaceous earth, songolite and perlite. Our Rooftop Garden Soil is a slightly alkaline product. If using with acid loving plants e.g. azaleas, camellias and gardenias, blening with an acid based medium is recommended.
